My research examines the often-overlooked dimensions of technological systems - the data entry, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices that sustain mission-driven organizations. I investigate how human values such as wellness, autonomy, and sustainability are supported or undermined through the design, implementation, and everyday operation of these technical infrastructures.
